100 families need assistance in the form of food boxes this break

Warmer weather brings with it spring break and intercession at our partner CMS schools. While it is nice for students to be on break, the extended time out of school often causes an extra strain on families experiencing homelessness. The two meals and a snack our students receive daily at school are an important supplement to the monthly food bill. Most of our students will be on break for one week starting April 3rd and our four partner extended year schools will have an additional two-week intercession.

To help our highest need families supplement their food supply during this time, we need your help by March 30th.

We ask that you put together food boxes that we can send home to families for the extended break. The link below includes details about food box items, delivery locations and number of families needing help.

On behalf of our students and staff, thank you!
