Charlotte employees of Aon took time to help out A Child’s Place Tuesday.
Aon provides outsourcing services for risk management, insurance and reinsurance brokerage and human resources. Employees assembled a thousand snack packs for the United Way affiliate and filled several cars. The company’s community service act is just part of its global “Pass It On” program.
“The cause of A Child’s Place is one that is very important to us,” said David Swift, Aon’s executive vice president. “Making sure these children have a well balanced snack is very important to us and something that strikes home for all of us.”
Aon’s Charlotte employees volunteered more than 800 hours to assist various organizations.
