PRIORITY NEEDS:

My Place Summer Camp Volunteers

This summer, the end of the school year won't mean the end of a stable learning environment for 52 ACP Client students. That's because there's My Place, a 10.5 week summer day camp for rising 1st to 6th graders. Each 11-hour day is packed with instruction, interaction and lively summer fun. Three hours of daily academics help students retain and improve their skills as they explore a variety of themes such as animals, the arts, science, sports, literature, and the community.

Volunteers are needed as: tutors, lunch buddies, swim buddies, and field trip assistants. Have any special talents or skills? Come teach our children! This can include arts and crafts, music, dance, recreational activities, sign language and much more!

A Child's Place works to erase the impact of
homelessness on children and their education.
