- helped 445 Families
- reached 2,355 homeless children
- provided services in 106 different schools in CMS
- 97% were promoted to the next grade level
- 92% were reading at or above grade level
- 95% were completing math at or above grade level
- 23% of children with educational gaps were identified and addressed
- 61% had an average or better attendance rating by final marking period
- 44% had at least one health need met
- 84% had an average or higher behavior rating by the final marking period
For the 2009-2010 school year A Child’s Place:
- reached 1,598 homeless children
- 93% of ACP client children were reading on or above grade level
- 93% were promoted to the next grade level
- 22% of children with educational gaps were identified and addressed
- 65% had an average or better attendance rating by the final marking period
- 43% had at least one health need met
- 92% had an average or higher behavior rating by the final marking period
For the 2008-2009 school year A Child’s Place:
- reached 1,509 homeless children
- 80% of ACP client children were reading on or above grade level
- 94% were promoted to the next grade level
- 19% of children with educational gaps were identified and addressed
- 61% had an average or better attendance rating by the final marking period
- 29% of ACP students had at least one health need met
- 79% had an average or higher behavior rating by the final marking period
